Policies

Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. The deposit will go toward your total service cost.



Late Policy

Clients are given a 10–15 minute grace period. After this time, your appointment may be canceled or subject to a late fee.



Cancellation Policy

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24–48 hours in advance. Late cancellations will result in loss of deposit.



No-Show Policy

Failure to show up for your appointment without notice will result in being unable to book future services.



Rescheduling

Clients are allowed one reschedule per appointment. Additional reschedules may require a new deposit.



Guest Policy

To maintain a professional and relaxing environment, no extra guests are allowed unless approved.



Hair Preparation

Hair must be clean, detangled, and free of heavy products prior to your appointment.



Service Policy

Results may vary depending on hair condition and maintenance. Proper aftercare is required to maintain the longevity of your extensions.
